NotesThe second ever survey done for this route. It was a great crew of women excited to see raptors. Wyoming winters are typically windy, but today it may have been enough to keep some birds from flying. Many ravens were still out and about and our last Ferruginous Hawk was steady enough to thermal, but smaller birds seemed to struggle in the conditions.
