Notes	There was a light dusting of snow the night before. There was complete cloud cover to the southeast but clearing skies to the northeast when we began. Most raptors were recorded in proximity to the Cobb River/Perch Lake WPA complex. Most areas were windswept and devoid of snow, but there were many drifts and where grasslands occurred, snow was deeper.
