Notes	Weather week before survey started with 1"-2" snowfall followed by 4 plus days of bitterly cold temperatures (0-10 below) with high winds. Previous 2 days near freezing with rapid snow melt. Mississippi main stream and backwaters covered with rotten ice, smaller streams partly to mostly open. Survey day clear and warm.
