Notes	On return noticed birds soaring over interstate exit. A small borrow pond located .25 miles from Missouri River and 2.5 miles from this route provided about 25 eagles of varying ages. As many as 10 soaring at times, the rest perched in trees or on a thin sheet of ice. local residents indicated at times there had been as many as 50 early in February.
