Notes	Could not get this done earlier in November. Done during deer and duck hunting season. First raptor seen at 8:15 AM, although I started at 6:30 AM. Could presence of hunters had some effect on scarcity of birds earlier in the morning? I'll do the next one on Sunday (when hunting is forbidden) to see if there is a difference. Standing water was frozen; streams and rivers flowing
