Notes	Beautiful day, but it took us 30 minutes to find our first hawk, and with almost no wind it took 2 more hours before we saw a soaring hawk. The raptor highlight was a handsome male NH. We only saw 5 BEs at the Columbia Power Plant -- far fewer than we found the 2 previous times we did the route -- but we made up for that at other locations. There were eagles at both of the 2 nests on our route. Non-raptor highlights included a coyote, a N. Shrike, 2 Snow Buntings, 2 male Bluebirds, and Horned Larks throughout most of the trip.
