Notes	Warm spell resulted in open water in flowing channels and Missouri River. Shallow lakes along I-29 partly to mostly open if not dried out due to continuing drought conditions. Good weather conditions permitted plowing or disking of crop lands so many fields provided little cover for prey items. Early sun may have produced updrafts over bare fields before clouds moved in as many birds seen soaring to great heights.
