Notes: Cedar Swamp Road. Initially perched in a field 850 m away, then flew low and landed again. When perched the upper half of the face was dark with white cheeks and throat seen with a 20x'scope. In flight with binoculars – prominent white patches dorsal bases of primaries, long slender wings in a dihedral, white tail base with dusky brownish terminal band. First New York State record, found on 1/16/21 initially on Lynch Avenue by Linda Scrima.
