Notes	This is the lowest number of BE we have ever found on this route, probably because of an unseasonably warm winter to date with no freezing of lakes or the river, with no ice coming down the Hudson River from further north. There was not a single ice floe on the river. Lakes were open with no ice. Only very small ponds were frozen. Most locations where we usually see numbers of BE had none! The wind started at Level 2 but within 0.5 hours there were beginning gusts at times to Level 4 on and off during the day. There was a haze all day with clear visibility only a little over a mile.
